Industry demand has led us to design a line of 3D laser sensors that combine high speed, power, and precision. Our objective? To produce solutions for the in-line inspection and measurement of fast-moving objects and materials. We have developed standard configurations that can be tailored to client specifications and we can build custom sensors for your application.
Our sensors are laboratory precalibrated, and 3D profile acquisition can be synchronized to an external source. In addition, subpixel positioning algorithms increase sensor depth range and resolution.
Our strength is our integrated expertise in the design and fabrication of 3D sensors, sensor calibration and alignment, and 3D data analysis.
Our fastest sensors can acquire 2,000 3D profiles per second with a vertical resolution of 0.025 mm. We produce a variety of laser sources ranging in power from 35mW to 5W. We can also produce lasers tailored to your application based on the reflectivity and surface characteristics of the object to be scanned. Our sensors are available in a rugged NEMA 4 class housing. Power sources, cables, acquisition hardware, software, and special mountings are also available.
