INO’s IRXCAM camera module is based on a generic camera core that can be adapted to various detectors. It integrates state-of-the-art uncooled microbolometer detectors ranging from 160 x 120 pixels to 1024 x 768 pixels for high-resolution and high-sensitivity imaging in the LWIR range.
The IRXCAM meets user needs with superior resolution, high image quality, flexibility, and ease of use. Users enjoy access to the full range of detector settings for optimal performance and can also access raw data in order to select the most appropriate data processing method for their application. Furthermore, output is available in various formats to simplify the evaluation, and eventually, the integration process. To adapt the IRXCAM module to a new detector, only the proximity electronics have to be modified or designed, which minimizes development time and costs.
The high-resolution infrared HRXCAM camera module features a unique patented microscanned lightweight catadioptric lens that provides outstanding 16384 x 12288 pixel images. The HRXCAM-16K camera module is based on a 1024 x 768 pixel microbolometer detector operating in the LWIR range. The catadioptric lens can be made compact as a result of a folded path. This offers a wide field-of-view and large aperture (large NA) while keeping weight to a minimum.

Defense and security
This camera module is especially designed for developers and system integrators because it provides total access to detector configuration parameters. The camera core provides 16-bit raw signal output at 60 Hz. The camera module can be configured at the factory for outdoor operation from –30°C to +55°C with 200°C scene dynamic range at maximum sensitivity. It comes with Gigabit Ethernet digital and NTSC/PAL outputs. Processing capabilities can be made available for onboard application integration. This compatibility helps accelerate application development.
