Reporting to the Vice-President - Finance, the Incubation Manager is a master organizer, ensuring the coordination of all activities of the new incubator, including those in strategic planning, incubated management, partnership development, animation of living environments, the development of training plans specific to this incubator and ensuring linkage with INO.
Working in collaboration with the different internal and external partners, and taking internal corporate objectives into consideration, the Incubator Manager charts out the vision, strategic plan and the annual action plans, all the while ensuring unity and consistency with the INO management committee.
The Incubation Manager establishes, develops and maintains national and international partnerships with associated ecosystems and other incubators. Additionally, and in collaboration with INO, the Manager prepares operating budgets, monitors them and assumes accountability.
In addition to carrying out the INO incubation program and ensuring that it runs smoothly, the Manager works on its further development and is responsible for the administrative management of the premises under his or her responsibility. While considering the objectives of the Incubator, the manager works with the team in place in developing sponsorship plans and partnerships. With a view to the success of joint and strategic projects, the Manager ensures that partners are on board and in sync. He or she also actively takes part in recruiting companies for incubation.
