The project manager leads projects to completion by planning, coordinating and controlling all related activities. They identify and assess inherent project risks and manage any impacts. They act as a resource person and liaise between expert groups and the project clients to ensure the project deliverables are ready on time and the organizational objectives are achieved. The incumbent adopts a project management methodology from among the Project Management Institute’s best practices. They actively participate in the development of project proposals.
