Reporting to the Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, the Director – Quality is responsible for creating an organizational focus based on best practices in quality assurance management for his or her sector of activity.
The Director monitors quality and continuous improvement standards and best practices, makes recommendations to the management committee as to the standards and best practices that must guide the company in order for it to meet its clients’ and partners’ requirements, and to ensure that they are firmly established and maintained.

In more fundamental terms, the Director – Quality will develop, improve and maintain the quality system, processes, policies and procedures in accordance with the organization’s quality system. The Director’s expertise in identifying, assessing and carrying out continuous improvement projects, as regards all of INO’s internal processes, will be frequently called on. He or she will be responsible for managing current and future ISO certification and piloting internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system processes and provide opportunities for improvement.
