The members of the National Optics Institute (INO) Board of Directors recently ratified the appointment of Jacques Topping CPA, CA, MBA, ASC as Chair of the Board. In addition to serving as a director on a number of corporate boards, Jacques Topping is the President of the holding company MissionBis and Chair of the Quebec City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIQ) Board of Directors.

Mr. Paquet played a major part in the creation of INO, but also contributed to the economic development of Quebec City region.
