Riaz Soundarjée holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a seasoned leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, deeply committed to customer experience. With 30 years of experience, he has a proven track record of defining and implementing a wide range of digital transformation initiatives. He excels at developing and executing business strategies, optimizing operational processes, and establishing effective governance structures across all stages of service delivery and project execution.

Throughout his career, Riaz has helped numerous organizations achieve ambitious goals through both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. He has held leadership positions at various levels in major organizations such as ABB, IBM, La Coop fédérée (Sollio), Metro Richelieu, Global Excel, FX Innovation (Ateko), and CRIM. He has frequently taken on executive roles, overseeing the redesign of technology architectures, business processes, project delivery frameworks, and digital transformation programs. His constant objective: to enhance service levels and align technologies more closely with business units. Customer experience remains at the core of every transformation decision he makes.

Building on his strategic experience in organizations with diverse business models, he joined INO in June 2025. His strategic contribution supports the company's growth while strengthening the current team and maximizing its capabilities.
