The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Luqia Technologies , Mr. Sébastien Proulx, is pleased to announce the following changes to the organization’s leadership, resulting from the merger of CRIM and INO on April 1.
Mr. Alain Chandonnet, previously President and Chief Executive Officer of INO, will, effective today, serve as President, with responsibilities encompassing funding and strategic planning. Mr. Françoys Labonté, previously President and Chief Executive Officer of CRIM, will henceforth serve as Chief Executive Officer and will oversee all of the organization’s operations. The Board of Directors is placing these two mandates in the capable hands of Messrs. Chandonnet and Labonté with great confidence, convinced that this leadership structure will help Luqia Technologies successfully meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, today and in the future.
